Carbonetics offers an extensive range of parts across a wide selection of manufacturers. Given the breadth of our catalogue, it isn’t practical to hold every item in stock at all times. To maintain our standards while offering greater flexibility, we provide made-to-order options across select products.
When an item is not currently in stock, there’s no need to wait for a future restock. Orders can be placed at any time, with each product manufactured specifically for your order, ensuring a tailored, high-quality result aligned with our standards.
Our made-to-order products are exactly that - each item is manufactured specifically for your order. Every order follows a structured process, beginning with production, then moving through quality control, and finally into logistics and dispatch preparation.
We always strive to complete your products as efficiently as possible while maintaining our high quality standards. Made-to-order and pre-order items have an estimated timeframe of 12–28 weeks, depending on the product, its complexity, quality control requirements, and logistical considerations. While the full ETA window extends up to 28 weeks, most orders are typically completed within 14–20 weeks on average (excluding public holidays and EOY shutdown)
For Maxton Design products, the current estimated timeframe is 6–9 weeks.
